Looking for strong Java Developers to join our team of professionals.

Experience/Skills
Roles & Responsibilities:

Travel to client sites to provide consulting and on-site support (60% national travel)
Serve as the technical lead on engagements
Advise on technical architecture and deployment
Provide technical assistance and guidance to project team members
Mentor and lead technical teams during installations
Manage outside vendors as required
Analyze architecture requirements, and design technical solutions
Assist with product configuration
Serve as a product subject matter expert
Manage customer expectations
Responsible for client satisfaction and project quality
Conduct product demonstrations to customer's business and technical audiences

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of information systems
Strong leadership, management and motivational skills
Thorough understanding of technical architecture, internet technologies and infrastructures
Strong application design skills
Experience designing and developing high-performance, Java based Web applications
Experience with relational database design and modeling
Experience with JAVA technologies (JSP, Servlets, Applets, JDBC, EJB, Jython, Swing)
Experience with XML technologies
Experience with Oracle Databases
Experience with interfacing Applications to Middleware platforms
Prior experience in installing and configuring enterprise grade software
Ability to travel to client sites (up to 60% travel)
Excellent oral and written communication
Health care knowledge preferable
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required
