Categories: Application DevelopmentIT Development is responsible for all aspects of software application delivery and maintenance, including business analysis, technical design, software development, vendor management, quality assurance, implementation and support.The Developer position requires the design, coding, documentation and testing of software projects. Duties will include development in one or more of the follow technologies: Java, SQL, XML/XSL, IVR, M, HTML, ASP.NET, C#, and VB.NET.* Produce detailed design specifications from project requirements.* Code and test software to meet ING DIRECT standards and within acceptable defect tolerances of design specifications.* Properly track issues and resolutions in relation to the development effort.* Communicate and document project statuses to management.* Ensure that all code retains logical stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of ING DIRECTs systems is in accordance with ING DIRECT policies, procedures and guidelines, taking appropriate actions for all violations.Requirements:* 1 years work experience developing applications a must.* Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.* Knowledge of Java.* Knowledge of J2EE design patterns.* Knowledge of web content presentation methods (HTML, XSL, etc.).* Knowledge of JDBC and SQL.* Solid interpersonal skills.* Ability to communication clearly in written and verbal form.* Exceptional problem solving abilities.df-tc
