AT-Tech, Staffing Services, Inc., a full service IT recruiting firm is currently searching for a Java Developer for a 90 day Contract-to-hire opportunity in DTC for our premier Securities Management client. This Java Developer Position Features:

1) Must have minimum of 4 years of experience in: Java, J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, Oracle, UDB, and Weblogic.
NOTE: Must be able to pass a series of proficiency tests in these disciplines.

2) Must have basic knowledge of: JAVA Servlets, STRUTS, JSP, EJB, Jsp, tag, JAVA, JAVA Bean, JAVA Scripts, HTML, DHTML, with any previous work with other Web based applications (.NET and C #), plus Visual Basic, Swing, Access, Excel, and Adobe experience is good to have.

3) Broad comprehensive skills in: System Architecture, System Analyst, System Maintenance, Tactical Troubleshooting, Security, Hardware, Networks, Version Control, and UML documentation.

4) Personal skills should have:
* Understanding that they'll be asked at times to perform other technical duties outside of their core essential duties.
* Due to the fact that we are a small group, cross training other staff members is key.
* Full understanding of software development life cycle (some project management is a plus)
* Full understanding of Mortgage industry standards and best practices.
* Good communication skills and ability to be a team player.
