Role Desc: The candidate will function as a member of the Asset Master build team.
He/she will be engaged in development work (includes Java/JSP/Sybase/MQ/ETL) and third level production support as well. Must be a team player and good at juggling tasks to cope with shifting business priorities. Candidate must have a professional attitude and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Must be amenable to working under changing priorities/pressure.

Must have
- 9+ years total experience
- brokerage/banking background
- must have done data analysis
- strong understanding of J2EE architecture
- STRONG unix/Java/database development experience - must be current/hands on
- STRONG sql/stored PROC development in Sybase - must be current/hands on
- ETL development
- version control software exposure
- good communication skills
- strong tech. troubleshooting skills
- supported global apps
nice to have
- preferably dealt with security master apps/market data like pricing, corporate actions and the like.- Worked on messaging infrastructure like MQ or JMS
