Description
Tech lead class developer with 2-7 years of experience in Java development including substantial track record of success and innovation working in small teams.

Knowledge and experience with Java-distributed systems technologies, including Jini and JMX (Rio experience a substantial plus). Experience with the Eclipse Platform is required. Past track record working with artificial intelligence technologies and/or software agents strongly preferred.

Advanced academic experience is a plus.

Active contributors to leading Open Source projects sought and Open Source community involvement encouraged. Experience and comfort with agile programming methodology.
