Description
We are recruiting for a Java developer with a broad range of experience that empowers the candidates to contribute to a variety of project life cycle deliverables. Candidates must be team players with a minimum of 4 years IT experience and 3 years Java experience. Candidates must have direct experience using the following technologies: Java (servlets, applets, J2EE), HTML, XML, Web Services (SOAP), JSP, MVC, Perl, UNIX, shell scripting.

Primary responsibilities will include:

1) Design and implement the web-based transportation planning system.
2) Provide production support for the existing web applications.

Preferred skills include:

1) Experience developing and supporting Java applications
2) Experience in providing production support for Unix and Java-based systems
