Description

As a senior Java Architect or Developer, you will be working with enterprise applications and integration issues and you have extensive experience with aspects that can affect the success of complex Java projects. You will work in a variety of roles during the different phases of a project, giving you the chance to use your expertise and skills to complete the project successfully.
You are capable of managing and coaching a development team. You have a keen eye for our clients' changing environments and you can respond to these changes proactively with a strong and explicit vision.
Your profile:Bachelor's degree or equivalent At least 5 years' demonstrable experience of developing Java/J2EE applications based on Websphere technology At least 3 years' experience in application design and application architecture Knowledge and demonstrable experience with IBM Websphere, UML, Rational tools would be a plus Strong communication skills, both in speech and writing, and customer, team and results oriented
