Implementation Architect

Looking for successful candidate to fill this position:

Key Responsibilities:
. Plan, architect, design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document J2EE and C++ programming to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects.
. Must adhere to architecture standards, mentor less experienced team members, perform code reviews, and lead presentations in architecture review, strategic technology directions, and best practice development
. Deliver J2EE and Visual C++ technology expertise and innovation to a development team with varying experience and skill profiles.
. Utilize Web Services and Java RMI technologies to improve interface/API and significantly enhance integration capability between front-end and back-end systems.
. Contribute to architectural/design feasibility discussions, prototype development and code reviews.
. Keep abreast with the latest developments in Enterprise Java and open source technologies; share knowledge with the team and propose adoption of new technology.
. Write high-quality code and related documentation, perform unit testing and adhere to software development process.
. Participate on or lead cross-functional development/integration projects requiring interaction with end-users and external technology clients.
. Assist the team in supporting the application in QA and production environments.

Qualifications:
. Demonstrated fluency in Java and Object-Oriented technology along with an understanding of middleware and web integration principles
. Understanding of and experience with full software development lifecycle including functional & technical specification, documentation, QA processes, source control, maintenance and deployments.
. Experience with high availability solutions such as hardware load balancers, Weblogic clustering, Weblogic multi-pools, and Oracle RAC
. Experience with separation of layers between transport, data access (i.e. iBatis, Hybernate), business logic, and presentation technologies
. Hands on experience with designing software applications using UML.
. Strong J2EE, C++, Visual C++, MFC skill set (4 years experience)
. Specific experience with implementing an MVC architecture on a fat client using the Microsoft.net Framework a plus
. Experience with Weblogic, EJB's, JDBC, and Oracle Database
. Experience with Microsoft SOAP framework
. Experience with Web Services and XML
. Experience with Enterprise Application Integration design patterns
. Hands on experience with version control and defect tracking systems.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to mentor others.
. Project and Resource management experience required
. Experience with end to end solution architecture design required
. Ability to work with large teams.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Any candidates considered will need to be able to work directly with AJILON on a salary or hourly W2 basis.

Successful candidate should have 5 to 10 years of professional work experience with J2EE and C++ programming.
