Crossroads Consulting, an IT recruiting firm, seeks qualified applicants for positions woth a client in Sterling, VA. Our client is a Telecom industry leader and seeks permanent additions to their team. There are openings for junior and mid-to-senior level Java/J2EE Developers. Junior candidates should have two or more years experience and Mid-to-senior candidates should have six years experience or more. There will be intensive coding involved, so candidates must thrive in hands-on environments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Candidates will create applications for end client that provisions inter-exchange services of telecom providers by managing extremely sensitive and proprietary customer data. It connects independent networks (ILECS, CLECS, etc.) and their customers by exchanging operational provisioning information in a secure and neutral way so that each party can focus on their core business-connectivity. Requirements:

Candidates must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents.REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong Java experience Strong experience utilizing J2EE development components, particularly JSPs Experience with Corba Experience with SOAP Experience with JMS Candidate should have experience developing applications in the Telecommunications arena DESIRED SKILLS: Experience with Oracle as a back-end is a plus Hands-on work with XML is a plus Experience with message processing applications and/or library component modification and development is a plus
