Duration: 4 months

PURPOSE



Deliver effective and efficient application development services in accordance with the Project Plan using FDA/ ISO/IEEE compliant processes.








ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Ø


Research, review, design, analyze, modify and implement software applications running on a Blackberry platform


Ø


Complete programming and unit testing of systems and applications

Ø


Convert project specifications and procedures to detailed logical flow charts

Ø


Input to code reviews and categorization of bugs

Ø


Construct design documents and documentation to aid in maintenance

Ø


Interact with project team members regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration






JOB RELATED REQUIREMENTS

Experience



Ø


5 years+ experience in requirements analysis, design, coding and unit testing

Ø


3 years + experience in Java ME (and SQL database development experience is preferred)

Ø


Experience developing medical device systems / FDA regulated software a distinct advantage

Education / Training / Specialist Knowledge



Ø


Computer Science Degree or equivalent

Ø


Training in software development methodologies

Ø


Demonstrated effective programming skills

Ø


Good trouble shooting skills

Technical writing skills
