Java Programmer - Java, SQL, J2EE, Hibernate, Struts

We have been in business for over 15 years and have offices throughout the United States. We are a leader in our industry and are recognized nationally for our cutting edge and innovative technology! Due to an increasing demand for our services and products, we are looking to expand in our Austin office. So if you have at least 3 year of experience programming in Java and you have some leadership experience, then read on!

This is a full-time, permanent position and will require about 40-50% travel in the U.S.

What you need to apply:

* 3+ years of hands-on Java and SQL experience
* Experience leading or mentoring others
* Willingness to travel
* B.S. degree in Computer Science is required

Pluses include:

* J2EE
* Hibernate
* Struts

What you will be doing:

* Full life cycle development including new development, maintenance and design
* Working directly with clients to understand their business needs
* Overseeing projects from beginning to completion
