Due to an increasing demand for our services and products, we are looking to expand in our Austin office. So if you have at least 3 year of experience programming in Java and you have some leadership experience, then read on!

This is a full-time, permanent position and will require up to about 40-50% travel in the U.S.

What you need to apply:
* 3+ years of hands-on Java and SQL experience
* Experience leading or mentoring others
* Willingness to travel
* B.S. degree in Computer Science is required

Pluses include:
* J2EE
* Hibernate
* Struts

What you will be doing:
* Full life cycle development including new development, maintenance and design
* Working directly with clients to understand their business needs
* Overseeing projects from beginning to completion
