Description
Ajilon Consulting in Cincinnati has a new position open with our client for a Java Programmer. This position will become permanent with our client after 6 months.
Responsible for serving as an administrator supporting a client based reporting tool and for maintaining Java programs associated with the reporting tool which is overseen by the Reporting Systems group.
The manager is specifically looking for an entry to mid level candidate. All candidates that have been submitted so far have been over qualified for this position. The manager also needs someone who has some experience with a reporting tool. They use actuate but experience with Actuate is not a requirement. Any experience with any reporting tool will be adequate.

Experience/Skills
Requirements:
Experience with AIX/Unix operating systems
Experience with supporting Distributed Processing across multiple tiers (including security)
Development/Maintenance of JAVA based applications
Java Experience/Knowledge of Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Standard Tag Library (JSTL), Struts
Experience with ANT, Eclipse IDE, LDAP, Log4J, XML, WebLogic

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cobol, JCL, DB2,TSO
Experience with one or more of the following: ANT, Eclipse IDE, LDAP, Log4J, XML or WebLogic
Experience with a reporting tool (Actuate preferred)
Java certification
