Description
Our client is currently seeking a Java Developer/Application Server Administrator. The Java Developer will create new web applications and support existing applications. The Java Developer will also act as an administrator for the WebLogic application server. This WebLogic administration may take the form of a backup, primary or co-administrator.

In order to be considered for this position the candidate MUST have:
2+ years developing business applications with Java, J2EE, Web Services, XML/XSLT, JSP/HTML, JSPs and Servlets.
Experience working with Oracle databases and an application server (preferably WebLogic).
Experience with the principles of object oriented software development (OOSD).
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.

It would be considered a plus if the candidate had experience with:
WebLogic, Hibernate, Java Server Faces, Design Patterns, Object Oriented Analysis & Design (OOAD), ANT, JavaScript, PL/SQL, SQR, UML, MagicDraw.
Knowledge of chemistry, U.S. and/or International regulatory compliance.
