Our Client Located in South Charlotte is Hiring for a Full Time QA Systems Integration Tester!!!!! * Interpret high-level requirements and specifications to develop, modify and execute functional, system and regression tests during the software development cycle *Determine if requirements are clear, concise, and testable and meet customer expectations, providing appropriate feedback to the requirements team. *Analyze and write test standards and procedures; develop test cases, specifications and scripts. *Develop programs or use utilities to generate test data and test at the API and batch level. *Identify, analyze and troubleshoot technical and logical programming errors. *Document test results and submit recommendations for corrective programming action. *Consult with and recommend corrections to associates responsible for original code. *Ensure that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved for implementation/conversion. *Lead by example and work well with others *Be a technical mentor for other testing and quality associates. *Conceptualize understand and implement automation strategies. *The successful candidate must have strong initiative to drive results. *They will be a quick learner, be flexible in assignments and schedules and must be a team player. *Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills are a must. System Integration Testers must have knowledge of and experience with the following: OOAD Java J2EE Oracle (large scale databases) JSP JavaScript XML UNIX and Windows Strong SQL and PL/SQL required. Knowledge of and experience with the following is a plus: Struts, HTML, Applets,llogJRules,Log4J,Oracle Reports, Junit, Jprobe, PVCS, Ant, Winrunner, Quality Center, focus and data warehousing. Preferred Experience Experience as a system integration tester at the senior level with experience testing billing systems in satellite, broadband, telephony or credit card industries. Must have Bachelors degree with 5 years experience in software testing methodologies, tools and utilities.
