Description

Our client is seeking a Java/SAP Web Applications Architect/Developer to provide the lead on the design, and development of Java in the enterprise environment, including the definition and implementation of Java development standards and change management processes for Java solutions.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience 3 + years SAP Java development
8 + years of development experience, including J2EE design and development.

Core Competencies:
In-depth knowledge of application, database, and system design with a strong understanding of enterprise standard design/development tools and methodologies.
Demonstrated Object-Oriented design and development experience.
Proven experience delivering across the entire SDLC.
Experience estimating the duration of design and development tasks.
Experience with Java Authorization Best Practices.
Direct Experience utilizing SAP Development tools, including: Netweaver Developers Studio (NWDS), Design Time Repository (DTR), Component Build Service (CBS).
Experience with Presentation layer technologies including: Java Server Pages (JSP), Java WebDynpro, JavaScript, and SAP Portals, ESS/MSS Portals.
Experience with Server level technologies, including: J2EE, SQL, SAP Java Connector (JCO), SAP Persistence Framework and Enterprise Java Beans.

Other Experience:
Experience utilizing standard SAP Change Management tools, including CMS and CTS+.
Exposure to any of the following: Oracle SQL, Oracle OIM, JSF, JMS.
Experience creating UML diagrams and design documents.
Exposure to WebServices, XML, XSLT, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI.
Exposure to Guided procedures, NetWeaver CE, Adobe forms.
Exposure to other SAP Java-based systems including XI/PI, Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC), Internet Sales Application (ISA).
