Robert Half Technology is recruiting SDETS/ QA Analyst for our local client. This client just signed a large deal with one of their customers and is building out a QA team specifically for this new relationship. You will be joining a team of SDETS in an Agile development environment.

Description:

  • SDETS/QA Analyst >/b> will work closely with the QA and development teams to write automated tests for applications that integrate and scale with their customers systems.
  • Partner with developers to create test plans from functional specifications.
  • Design, implement, and run automated test code against the media publishing services API using our Java and .NET test harnesses.
  • Perform load and stress testing.
  • Contribute tools to the QA team's test suites and testing infrastructure.
  • Work closely with developers to extend developer unit tests and share test code.
  • Represent QA in design, functional requirements, and code reviews.
  • Take ownership for the quality of the product that is shipped.

    Experience/Skills

    Requirements:
  • Three plus years experience testing or development of database-driven web applications or other enterprise software preferably in a web services environment.
  • Solid Java/JUnit or .NET/NUnit experience, can demonstrate skills in building JUnit/NUnit tests.
  • Strong QA skills: planning, bug isolation, bug report writing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to automate complex test cases.
  • Experience designing and running web stress and load tests.
