Description
Position Description There are multiple Java development positions available. Each developer is a member of a team responsible for a new software development project to create client reports, such as the monthly statements. The build will use the latest tools and technologies to replace the current legacy process. The development schedule is based on several iterations, incrementally building the next generation client reporting platform. The role requires interfacing with other technology teams and a vendor.

Requirements:

Skills Required ? Experience (2-5 years) in developing applications using web and server side JAVA applications utilizing WebSphere app server ? Experience with services-oriented architecture (SOA) and web services ? The following skills are required for 3 of the 7 developers: o Experience with web front-end development using frameworks o Experience with financial applications ? Experience in large scale development projects ? Strong project process and methodology ? Very good verbal, written and people skills Skills Desired ? Experience with retail brokerage and client reporting applications ? Experience with workflow and business rule processing ? Experience with ETL tools ? Experience with J2EE, EJB, STRUTS ?
