MAJOR DUTIES:

Responsible for systems analysis, programming, testing and support. Work with team members assigned in designing, debugging, documenting and installing operating systems, utilities and other applications

Responsible for assisting in designing, testing, debugging, and documenting software * Develops, codes, installs, tests, and maintains effective software operating systems, applications, and utility programs for computer based mail processing equipment* Generates specifications and material requirements; troubleshooting malfunctions* Ensures quality of software designs by developing and documenting test plans; conducting, analyzing, and documenting tests* Enters code changes to improve output performance; soliciting observations from end users* Enhances software capabilities by investigating and recommending alternatives; developing new or modified methods of operation to maximize productivity and response time while minimizing costs

SKILLS:

Programming web based applications, ASP, Javascript, VBScript, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2000, .NET framework. Experience with Macromedia Flash and Rational toolset a +. Must be a motivated self-starter with ability to manage multiple project priorities. Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills required.

KNOWLEDGE:

4+ years experience in software development, design, and analysis, or equivalent combination of education and experience* Basic knowledge of the installed infrastructure* Related certification or degree required* Deep knowledge of Aon?s installed and strategic software
