Job Description:
Person hired is expected to work closely with users to analyze the requirements, design the systems, code, test and implement the systems.
The person hired is expected to develop and maintain architecturally sound, modular, component-driven applications.
The person is expected to develop and document the analysis and design the systems accordingly.
The person hired will direct and mentor less experienced staff members.
The person hired will maintain system and design documentation and prepare materials for project review.
The person hired will be responsible for the system implementation, User Acceptance Test, and production release of project.

Requirements:
Java Development-design and coding (3 yrs)
Spring/Hibernates (1 yrs)
SQL and entity relationship modelling (Oracle preferred) (2 yrs)
Application Server (WebLogic preferred) (2 yrs)
Web Frameworks, JSP or Swing (Spring Webflows preferred) (1 yr)
Ant/Ant Maker/CVS (some), IDE (1 yrs)
Rose (or some UML tool) (1 yrs)
Knowledge and experience with Analysis and Design Patterns
