Our client is a technically savvy company that develops innovative advanced search and text analytics software products for the commercial marketplace. Our solutions automate the analysis of unstructured information and reduce the time required to find relevant information within large volumes of content.

Our client is seeking energetic individuals who passionately care about creating high-quality work products in an invigorating team environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Software engineer who is eager to apply their strong engineering skills to the development of complex distributed software products for the commercial marketplace. Our new team member will be flexible, possess good communication skills, and excel in all aspects of the full life-cycle development process. This individual must be a self-starter who can work independently as well as take direction in dynamic team environments. This engineer will develop and test software modules using designs provided by senior engineering staff. She or he will also work directly with customers to prototype new software applications, and integrate the products into customer environments. This individual must be able to work on multiple tasks and assume different roles while assisting other team members to help make our projects and company a success. The overall team goal is to develop high-quality software using a disciplined, streamlined approach.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must have 2+ years experience with Java, JSP, XML, and JDBC Experience with the following is beneficial: Ajax, .NET, Web services, XFire, Javascript, Hibernate, Spring, DBMS, messaging systems, JMS, MVC, Swing, Linux/Windows software development

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s in Computer Science with 2+ years of practical software implementation experience is preferred
