Java Programmer with the following Skills:

Threading (UI and Processes)

Swing

Hibernate or other ORM

Tomcat

Struts

Unix (Solaris, Aix) and/or

Linux (Suse, Redhat)

Windows

VM Tuning

SQL
The programmer must understand database design and programming, as well as the uses of an ORM such as Hibernate in software architecture. Experience with Hibernate or another ORM is a necessity. I have interviewed a number of candidates that had Linux familiarity, but not real experience with a professional enterprise deployment. Linux or Unix experience in development and deployment are required.
Java Multi-Threading issues on the Desktop Client (Swing Based). Hibernate ORM code is incomplete, but functioning. Linux deployment of the Tomcat server. Linux skills . I need a programmer that understands the differences between Unix/Linux/ and Windows. They also need to be able to 'code around' those differences.
