CCCi has a long-term contract opportunity for a Java Technical Lead with our Large Energy customer in Charlotte , NC . Client is looking for a Sr. Developer that has moved into a Tech L ead role but not a PM. Candidate will work directly with the Project Manager. He/she will be responsible for determining issue tracking mechanism; testing plans, ensuring requirements and other project artifacts are documented; environment setup; work with designers and system/data architects to develop plans, track change requests, develop implementation and transition to support plans, coordinate migration of code, code reviews. Incumbent must have experience in Java development environments, Changeman DS, Windows and UNIX servers, Oracle and SQL server environments, Citrix, Enterprise Architect, Spring and Hibernate. He/she needs to be self motivated and self directed someone who will go find out what is needed and who needs to help.
10-15 years experience as a Developer or tech coordinator is required by customer. M ust have good interpersonal skills, good facilitation skills, and experience working with a diverse team. Required skills: Oracle, Java, UNIX and SQL. Preferred skills: Informatica and Microsoft Reporting Services.
