Java Web Application Developer



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Significant software development experience in Java
Knowledge of Web Application development ( Flex,Tapestry, Swing and/or Wicket preferred)
Automated unit testing such as Junit
Ability to quickly learn and become productive in large scale projects
Strong problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills and a can-do attitude
Experience with pair programming or willingness to try pair programming
Skills and Experience Necessary
Experience in using Extreme Programming/Agile practices
Exercise of judgment and analysis required in resolving problems and making recommendations
Telecommunications application development experience a plus
Education and Experience Necessary
BS in Computer Science or equivalent with 4 plus years of related work experience
