3 - 5 yrs. of Java experience

Oracle / SQL

Struts

Hibernate

Spring MVC

Spring IOC

JBOSS or WebSphere

JUnit

Web services/WSDL

Working knowledge of design patterns and OOD best-practices

XML or XSLT is a plus

Maven 2 experience a plus

Experience on an agile team using Scrum, XP, or TDD is a plus
