Minimum years experience in the following areas:
5 years Server-side JAVA

3 or more years Oracle - SQL/PL/SQL/Tuning

2 years Spring

1-2 years Hibernate

1-2 years Web Services

1-2 years SOA

1-2 years JSF

At least 4 years Weblogic experience

LINUX/UNIX

2 years JMS preferred
