Experience:
The ideal candidate must be analytical, thorough, a problem solver, a good team player, possess initiative and the ability to learn and work independently, focus on detail and quality, be an outstanding technical expert, and have 2-3 years of programming experience as a Java and J2EE developer with solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and experience as a member of a product or system development team in a UNIX environment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities include:
Knowledge of Java 1.4 and greater, J2EE, and JEE5 WEB application infrastructure and deployment Java servlet-based applications XML/XSL Familiarity with common developer tools (Ant, version control system, etc.) JavaScript programming Database-centric applications Oracle databases JBoss and Websphere application servers Hibernate, the Spring Framework Windows and UNIX.
