Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Location: Long Beach, CA, 90802
Job Type: Full Time Employee

Salary: $ 72K + Benefits. No commission structure

POSITION SUMMARY
- The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for delivering strategic and tactical recruiting support for the IT Dept.
- This person will be the main point of contact for the internal hiring managers and work with senior management to plan and execute the hiring strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals and define hiring requirements
- Experience with HB-1 Visa transfers preferred
- Execute the hands-on recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations
- Develop sourcing strategies and networks to continually build a diverse candidate pipeline
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to properly assess the skill sets and competencies of candidates
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
- BS/BA required

EXPERIENCE
- 4 - 7 years total full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting technical professionals, healthcare industry experts preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with staff at all levels within an organization
- Proven ability to independently source candidates, via networking and cold-calling
- Must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter
- Must possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills as well as the ability to influence
- Excellent relationship building and the desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Computer proficiency, including demonstrated competence in Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.

- Strong motivation with a consistent record of professional and personal achievement. Creativity, initiative, resourcefulness and an entrepreneurial spirit are a must.
