Our client, a Glendale, California based systems integrator with an accomplished document management practice, is looking for several motivated, Information Systems grads to join their team! In order to qualify for this outstanding training experience, you will need to have BS CIS (or other Information Systems degree), exceptional work ethic, great communication skills and strong desire to learn. 0-3 years experience and a strong, apptitude for programming (as shown through outside projects, internships, part time work, etc.) If hired, you will be working with major Southern California entertainment company. Our client is growing at a nice steady pace and would like to hire 2 more people by June 08.

The Application Developer will be work within a team environment, meeting with clients to determine needs, analyze requirements, design applications and enhancements, develop and deliver the application to the user. Outstanding communication skills (written and oral), along with the ability and passion to learn and a solid foundation of development skills from education and some past experience. This can be demonstrated through past experience, internships, work during school, etc.

This is an advanced apprentice-level position that offers the qualified applicant an ongoing learning opportunity to develop his or her technical, organizational, and business skills working as part of a highly motivated team in our Professional Services group.

Requirements for this position include the following:
Track record of growth in learning information technology with a minimum of three years of experience(negotiable--see above)

* Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the ability to create organized and informative reports, as well as comprehensive, accurate documentation. This is a critical aspect of the job.

* Effective communications with groups.

* A talent for technical problem solving.

* Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic high-technology environment.

* Experience with some of the following: Microsoft server and desktop operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 2003), Internet Information Server, HTML, JavaScript, SQL (Structured Query Language) and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.

* Competence in using MS Office products

* A history of working independently of close supervision and a demonstrated capacity to manage time effectively.

* Skills to build and develop client relationship.
