Description
Responsible for assisting with full project life cycle including: project scoping, planning and estimation, requirements gathering, design specs, solution development and testing of client applications, client support, training, and systems integration.

Complete Description:
As a mid-level consultant, responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

-Acting as a focal point for production of new business and renewal rating issues and escalating issues when appropriate
-Comprehending and maintaining a growing knowledge of client-specific production application and documents knowledge that is not yet documented
-Understanding SQL database schemas and able to triage data related questions through use of pre-created queries and tools
-Working with client(s) to understand, categorize, prioritize and document production system issues and routine maintenance tasks
-Conducting hands-on investigation and testing in order to verify, understand and better manage client issues
-Identifying issues that are potentially out-of-scope and requesting from client resources that the issues be added to a change control
-Providing follow-up with clients regarding all issues, ensuring that issues are resolved to the client's complete satisfaction through quality work and effective communication
-Helping to facilitate meetings with both underwriters and actuaries on a daily basis to review open support issues
-Preparing monthly client production reports for renewal metrics and client data issue metrics
-Coordinating defect fixes with members of the development team and provides insight and analysis on changes needed in production
