Description
Oak Brook bases network operations center is looking for several Network Engineers to monitor and troubleshoot their clients WAN connections. This is a global firm that just built a new network management center dedicated to first and second level support. These people will monitor, trouble shoot, and fix level I and II problems and escalate them to level III if necessary. You will not just monitor, but fix the problem yourself either remotely or on site so you must be open to 30% travel.

Experience/Skills
Qualified candiates will have knowledge of WAN routing and protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP. Frame Relay and LAN Switching. Firewalls and VPN. Scripting would be a plus. CCNA or MSCE with a degree prefered.
