Description
The Jr. Business Analyst’s role is to represent end users of the Company’s customer facing technology. The Jr. Business Analyst is responsible to ensure that customer facing technology works as specified by internal and external groups.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES



Review documentation to determine functionality of customer facing solutions.
Collaborate with Senior Business Analyst and other Business Leads to ensure understanding on functionality so as to allow Business Leads to determine how that functionality could impact their areas. Participate with Business Leads in the formulation of a cohesive test strategy and plan.
Create testing documentation and secure approvals from Management and any impacted Business Leads.
Perform user acceptance testing on behalf of customers of the customer facing solutions. Coordinate activities with other Business Leads for those test cases that cross functional areas.
Document and analyze all testing results and report on metrics thereof.
Review documentation and results with Management and Business Leads and secure approval of results.
Collaborate with Business Analyst and other Business in the formulation of a cohesive deployment plan.
Participate with other Business Leads to deploy and certify solution results.
Participate in project lessons learned activities to foster continuous improvement for this position’s area of responsibility.
Incorporate findings from customer facing solution software issues into testing documentation.
Implement reporting and analysis of the usage of Company’s customer facing technology.


QUALIFICATIONS/BASIC REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor or Associate's Degree in Business or 4 years equivalent work experience.
Detail oriented.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Highly self-motivated and self-directed.
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.df-tc
