Description
This position will be directly involved in the functional development and specification of the main
software product, Option Navigator. This includes user interface design, process definition, user
workflow mapping, data mapping and dependencies, and report design and definition, among many other tasks related to new product development.

Roles Directly Related to This Position:

Assist in gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders
. Aid in the user interface design and workflow process definition
. Assist in defining the underlying accounting and financial concepts that surround
employee stock option compliance requirements
. Assist in creating scope, functional, and technical specification documents as part of the
SDLC
. Create and maintain general system documentation, use cases, and process flows
. Work with the development and the quality assurance teams throughout the various
product development stages

Proficiencies and Background Must Include:

. A Bachelor's degree in a business-related major
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a business analyst capacity
. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
. Strong problem solving skills, ability to follow-through independently
. Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision
. Demonstrated ability to self-learn quickly and independently
. Proficiency in accounting or financial concepts a plus
. Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and Visio
