Are you looking for an opportunity with a great organization?We are seeking a Junior Desktop Technician to work a contract in the Minnesota area. This is an ongoing contract that is looking for the right person.Responsibilities:Provide traditional desktop support to 100 or so users. They have more senior level technicians that will be on projects and this role will handle some of the more basic day-to-day issues. Will be the single point of contact to receive support and maintenance. This individual will provide break-fix analysis of both hardware and software issues on all desktops, laptops. Must be responsible to end users, comfortable providing user facing support and willing to learn. They are looking for someone that has good helpdesk background, some light hands-on experience and wants to continue to develop into more of a DT support role.
