Description
Immediate full time opening in our Fort Collins, CO office for an entry level help desk technician. Provides technical support of desktop and laptop computer systems for multiple end users. Requires excellent analytical, communication and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Windows operating systems and a variety of basic Microsoft software packages (such as Word, Excel) is essential. Experience with Exchange server, domain controllers, routers and networks is a plus. Degree in CIS or related is desirable.
