Identity Management Consultant

2 positions

The person needs to live near one of the following cities so that on non-travel days they can go into the office: Boston, Princeton, NYC, Arlington AV, Chicago or LA.

Required Skills/Experience:
-Candidates should be willing to travel, typically 4+ days per week.
-We are looking for experienced Identity Management technical consultants, possessing excellent project and stakeholder management skills
-Outstanding client-facing skills especially leadership, verbal and written communication ability.
-Must be able to demonstrate a real depth of experience of Identity Management from conceptual design through practical implementation and detailed understanding of one or more of the following areas:
Enterprise-wide Identity Management deployment: policy, process and technical requirements and best practice
Identity Management tools and provisioning solutions: identifying the right tool to support a given situation, understanding deployment and integration issues and how to overcome these
Access management solutions: how to enforce access controls and audit access in different technical environments; and options for single or reduced sign-on
Federated Identity, Trust Networks and public identity solutions: including practical applications of SAML, OASIS and other federation standards
Underlying identity technologies: including smart cards, directories, remote access tokens, Windows access controls and ERP system access controls

-We are looking for candidates with relevant prior experience in a professional services role in an Identity Management systems vendor, an IT position within a Fortune 500 company or a consulting role serving such clients.
-We are particularly interested in candidates who hold recognized IT security qualifications, such as CISSP.
-Business process experience that complements deep IT experience in these industries is also relevant, especially in our key target vertical markets of Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences and Government.

Desired Skills/Experience:
A Bachelors Degree in a relevant business, engineering or technology discipline is desirable.
