This jr. network administrator/help desk Position Features:
Great Pay to $37K

Ideal applicant can not have worked for a help desk company that does all MIS work on the phone. Candidate must have worked in a company working directly with the end user, working with computer stations, handling any fax or phone technical issues, and:

Must have demonstrated experience (5+ years) with:

Windows Server 2003
Microsoft Exchange Server
Windows XP
SQL
Unix
Networking
Phone systems (Comdial - software PBX -hardware)
General computer hardware (copy, fax, printer)

Prefer experience with (software):
MS OFFICE
Faspac
ACT 2006
Filemaker Pro
Web/ Internet

Following is a plus:
RF Scanners
Production/ manufacturing programs

Must be able to tolerate:
Help desk calls (All levels)
Nights and weekends
