Experience/Skills
You will have 2-3 years help desk experience and a computer science degree/diploma. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a great opportunity to grow and learn. Technical qualifications:Operating Systems: Windows Server 2003 & Active Directory Account Maintenance(minimum 2 years experience), Microsoft Windows XP Pro, Citrix Presentation Services, Microsoft office Professional 2003/2007, Internet Explorer and Outlook 2003/2007.
