GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

TRASYS, Inc. is currently seeking a Jr. Level Network Security Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for coordinating all access requests through the appropriate security administrators and for making sure all requests meet the appropriate criteria prior to processing. Adhering to, administering and enforcing information security policies, procedures, guidelines, and technical specifications developed by Client and Technology Services management.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•Receive new user and user change requests forms via email/fax
•Review received forms to determine if additional forms or information is needed
•Correspond with requestor if additional forms or information is needed
•Enter change orders and build workflows specific to the individual request
•Manually notify the first group with tasks to be performed in each change order
•Run daily change order tracking reports. Follow up on outstanding workflow tasks.
•Gather and compile standard termination emails.
•Consolidate into spreadsheets.
•Create change order for many groups to process id disables. Send email to distribution list to notify of termination.
•Close out completed change orders. Process immediate terminations by notifying critical system administrators
•Shadow current SLTS security coordinators.
•Determine the volume of security requests processed for each platform and application.
•Assist security administrators if necessary in periodic or perpetual audits of the assigned computer platform(s) to identify report and correct security risks, violations, and configuration inefficiencies.
•Provide guidance to users of the assigned computer platform(s) on compliance with security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
•Ensure that procedures for performing the above functions are documented and maintained.
