plus years of experience working in PeopleSoft CRM environment.At least 1 Implementation experience with CRM Marketing 8.9 Module as a functional person is a MUST.Must have worked in client facing roles gathering business requirements and performing fit / gap analysis.Experience in preparing Functional Design documents & Co-Ordinate with Business & Technical Teams is required.Good communication skill is a must. Roles & Responsibilities: Understand business needs / Identify ways to redesign business processes.Implement required CRM technology to successfully solve business problems.Analyzes system issues, ensuring proper resolution or escalation.Document system processes and procedures for end users.Develop and deliver end user training on new CRM technology.
