Backend development position to join small team in managing robust healthcare application which manages both pharmacy related transactions as well as drug-manufacture information. The focus will be on back-end development and queries using MS SQL 2005. Developer will work with end-users under guidance of Senior Developers to develop applications which support therapy management, order fulfillment, billing, collections, and data reporting to large Pharma clients.

The Application Development Analyst is expected to develop and maintain applications demonstrating proficiency in system design, coding/testing, documentation, and project execution. Responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions as assigned, ensuring and adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines.
Duties
Responsible to work independently or participate in small to mid-size projects completing complex work requests under minimal guidance. Accountable to formulate/define system scope and objectives for deliverables ensuring established timelines and cost estimates are maintained. Provide ongoing production support and maintenance as assigned, which may include rotational 24x7 on-call support or code implementation efforts. Effectively present information and respond to questions either one-on-one or to groups, including formal presentations and regular status to management and business partners. Share technical and business expertise with other team members and business partners. Work to understand business, functional and technical issues to effectively apply technical solutions. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results. Participate in internal quality assurance review and post implementation support and system enhancements.

Required Skills- 2-3 years of SQL experience. Must have been used on a regular basis.
SQL, MS SQL 2005(Need to do Derrico on SQL, MS SQL 2005)
Some coding experience
Great communication skills.
3 or more years of experience with applications
Experience with full SDLC
