Description
Our client has an immediate opening for a Jr level SA to maintain, monitor and support 7 small legacy systems located at JFK Airport. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to: Performing backups, reviewing error logs, disc utilization, overseeing environment, be the vendor liason and primary Point person for our client relating to the systems, update virus scans, install Windows patches, etc.. The position requires alot of client interaction with some desktop support and little to no server changes. Additional Comments - The systems being supported: Fingerprint, 2 Document Management, Taxi & Limo, Email distribution list, Vehicle location & Tracking and a Video Programming system for their intranet. * Must be US Citizen * 2 yrs of desktop support experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Quick learner, strong attention to detail, must be comfortable interacting with client personnel Plus: A+, MCP Apply directly at: ?r=gaddf-tc
