CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for Systems Support Specialist/Administrator

Qualifications:

Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and update windows and Linux, desktop and server operating systems, applications, and networking hardware and software

Ability to use, install, configure and troubleshoot the local WMS system, Fortna, Web extender, Web I, WBS, Easy label, Port Switcher, ITS, DPC, ITA, Infoship, Codesoft

Must demonstrate the ability to correctly reboot all of the servers that the local LSC team supports

Demonstrate the ability to purchase hardware and software, including preparing the purchase requisition, obtaining the proper R & A and completing the purchase procedure

Train and assist users and document in Peregrine by closing the ticket with the "Customer Training" resolution code.

Understanding the components within a corporate network environment (i.e. IP sub-netting, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, gateways, VLAN's etc...)

Experience following established procedures and a history of achieving service levels in support environments

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Exceldf-tc
