Description
We are looking for a Systems Administrator with 3+ years AIX or HP-UX Administrator experience. The position will include the following:AIX Administration including but not limited to installation, set-up, and configuration in an enterprise server environment.The Unix Systems Administrator will also be responsible for user account maintenance, files system creation and support, backup, and server side support for the database administration group. The Unix Systems Administrator will additionally be responsible for monitoring data integrity, analyzing performance problems and make recommendations on enhancement solutions, and ensure data recoverability by scheduling system backups and database archive operations.
