Description
We are full service Advertising, Public Relations and New Media Agency located in theSouth Bay - www.RoddanPaolucci.com. We are looking for a Jr. Web Designer/Developer looking for an entry level development position to support our larger more experienced developers maintain, update and fine tune existing websites.
Individual projects will be assigned with clear budget, time-tables, and coding requirements. We are fast paced but respectful of the careful and detailed time schedules that are required to do quality design and development. We are looking for a candidate who is ready to take their initial skills and grow them in a working environment.
A "can do" attitude is a must. The desire to grow, add new skills and
push yourself in new directions is a must. Some initial design and
programming skills would also be helpful but the positioning is primarily based around HTML and CSS development.

Requirements:
Knowledge of and ability to modify, maintain, and hand code:
- HTML and CSS Hand Coding

Knowledge of the following applications:
- Adobe Photoshop CS
- Adobe Flash CS
- Adobe Acrobat

Knowledge of and understanding of the following preferred:
- Web Standards
- Doctype compliant specifications
- cPanel
- FTP/SFTP

Knowledge of the following would be a plus:
- JavaScript
- PHP
- SQLdf-tc
