Job Title: Junior Associate, Program Management

Job Summary:
This is an entry level position in the program management domain and the functions of this position is to provide support in project tracking and reporting at a project level.

The Jr. Associate, Program Management plays a variety of project support and team leadership roles. Jr. Associate, Program Managers at Sapient typically will help lead sub-tracks of work as part of a larger project and support Project Managers with day-to-day project leadership.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Help lead small and tracks/projects consisting of 5-7 people.
-Track project status and write status reports.
-Interface with client and project leads for agenda planning.
-Organize and set up project meetings following a company methodology.
-Help manage third-party partner and/or vendor

Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelors degree.
-Proven leadership capabilities.
-Strong organizational skills, verbal and written skills.

Desired:
-Experience in a Consulting environment.
-Experience on Government projects.
-Experience using Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as MS Project and Visio. Experience leading people.
-Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
-Minimum of 1 year industry experience.
-Proven experience with being proactive and taking initiative.
