Employment Type: 3 Month Contract

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Work on team of 3+ people.
Provide local support for desktops and printers.
Build and image PCs.
Help with projects first phase, involving Revenue Capture by preparing for PC and printer deployment throughout service area.
Deploy PCs and printers.
Troubleshoot PC and printer problems.
Perform user support.
Track assets related to deployments.
accompanying training will be provided for end users and follow-on desktop support. At the same time, an ongoing survey is being conducted for both the Ambulatory and Inpatient modules.

Top Skills:
1-3 years desktop PC support (Wintel, Microsoft OS and apps)
User/customer service
Networking infrastructure skills.
1-3 years Microsoft application experience
1-3 years Windows 2000
