HERES WHAT WE NEED

Two Junior Desk Side/Help Desk Engineers to support a high profile government client by providing Tier II desk side support. Candidate must be team oriented, open to learning new things as well as willing to share the knowledge they posses

Experience/Skills
Requirements:



Active Secret DoD clearance (TS/SCI strongly preferred).

Experience providing customer service to all levels of government employees

Experience trouble shooting Active Directory and all Windows XP applications



Desired Background:



A+ Certification
Bachelors Degree in computer-related field (IT/Engineering)
MCSE
