DPC (pany seeking to add several junior recruiters to our team.. WE ARE SEEKING SMART, MOTIVATED, WELL SPOKEN individuals who are driven to succeed. We can teach / provide training for everything else.

WE WILL TRAIN YOU to understand the full life cycle of recruiting (posting jobs, searching our database, searching web databases, asking for referrals, clearing candidates for positions, setting up interviews and closing the candidates). This is a recruiting / sourcing job, THERE IS NO COLD CALLING!

Compensation:

$32,000 Base Salary + commissionSENIOR RECRUITERS AT DPC EARN BETWEEN 100-180K *

About DPC:

We're a certified small business & women owned business with a Secret Clearance in the IT / Engineering recruiting space. We place contractors and employees at clients nationwide. We have 5 account managers / recruiters and 8 full time recruiters (who support the Account Managers) + back office staff. We made 200+ placements so in 2006 (about 60/40 placement ratio of contractors / employees). We have a great office space with all the best tools / technology and work spaces. Our office environment is totally casual but everyone works hard and puts up their numbers. We pride ourselves in encouraging entrepreneurial spirit and owe much of our success to that fact.
