Description of position:
Work with some supervision from a technical lead on small three to five person team. Assist with the development of requirements by working with business analysts and end users. Design and develop code in the creation of web applications.

Essential Skills:
* Technical degree and 2-4 years of experience designing and developing Web applications.
* Experience building Web based, enterprise systems using Java/J2EE.
* One or more years experience with Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic or WebSphere.
* 2+ years experience in Software Development with OO design and development .
* Good written and verbal communication skills .
* Ability to multi-task across numerous activities.

Desired Skills:
* Experience with the Java Platform.
* Experience with the .Net Platform.
* Strong Database development skills in both Oracle and MS SQL server.
* Experience with Eclipse IDE, Struts and hibernate.
* Experience with Rational Products: ClearCase, ClearQuest, XDE, Robot
